The reception staff were extremely helpful particularly regarding my disability, parkingtaxis and local information. The room was clean, comfortable and adequate for our needs. the pod shower room was big enough for me as I am on the large size and disabled. Cost of the room was excellent value for money, Next time I am in Belfast ( or any city for that matter) I will stay at this and any Ibis hotel again.
could have been improved by having two pillow per bed however when further pillows were requested this was promptly addressed. overall, we had an enjoyable stay, loved the central position of the hotel and would definitely recommend it ans will be visiting again ourselves
