Very pleasant, clean, comfortable room and bed and was much quieter than I expected it to be for the location resulting in a really good nights sleep and did not wake until 10am. It is in a great location for city centre shopping, visiting various theatres and many other aspects of the city. Would definitely use the Ibis again if visiting Belfast and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
Two very friendly and welcoming Ladies at reception during my stay on Wednesday 22nd Jan. I have since joined the Accor Club after being informed about it on my checkout and have since booked two rooms with an Adagio hotel in Paris for March. I will definitely be returning to the Ibis Belfast Queens due to the staff that accomodated me during my stay.
Very nice and comfort hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and kind.
No theatre-lover's visit to the city would be complete without a night out at Northern Ireland's famous repertory theatre which presents classical and contemporary plays with a strong emphasis on Irish productions, as envisioned by founder Mary O'Malley. The IBIS hotel near the Lyric Theatre Belfast is the ideal location for accommodation when attending the Lyric Theatre
